About Me…
I am proud queer filmmaker/storyteller and actor who feels a deep responsibility to tell the stories that go untold; those of the outliers and the vulnerable.
I began my study of the craft of acting at The William Esper Studio in New York City under the wonderful instruction of Deb Jackel, Barbara Marchant, Jennifer Monaco, David Newer, David Kaplan and Mr. Bill Esper and am dedicated graduate of the studio's Two Year Program.
In 2017 I started to create my own work beginning with a collaboration with the artist Shantell Martin and DP/co-director Charlie Nordstrom entitled “Concrete Night” which then premiered on Nowness.com and later was a part of BAM’s “Driven To Create” initiative during their Fall 2018 pre-show line up.
My first narrative short “Hey Stranger” which I co-wrote with Andrew Fuchs, whom also directed it, debuted at the 2019 Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival where he won first prize for the Directorial Discovery Award and later went on to screen at Frameline44 and NewFest 2019.
I wrote, produced and star in “In The Room” with Denis O’Hare (Big Little Lies), Nicholas Pinnock (Counterpart, Marcella and ABC’s For Life) and Laith Nakli (Ramy) and was directed by Amhalise Morgan.
